We’ll send a vehicle to get you and your bike where you need to go.

If you want to go home, to the station or your local bike shop, we’ll help to get you there.

All you need to do is call 1800 110 201 and one of our friendly operators will help to organise a rescue.

Rider Rescue is available Australia wide, in areas where Uber and 13Cabs operate. For a list of cities in which Uber operates, see here.

In less central areas, or areas where Uber is not available, we’ll arrange for a taxi to pick you up.

Absolutely. Call us on 1800 639 634 and we can help you to organise your subscription and a rescue. A surcharge payment is applicable, please see terms and conditions for more detail.

We’ll send the most appropriate vehicle for your situation. In most cases, this will be an Uber XL – an SUV sized vehicle.

Absolutely, we love e-bikes! If you have an e-bike, we may send a maxi-taxi for ease of access.
